Job offer :
Looking for freelance collaborators to teach physical culture in our preventative health and fitness center and be part of our team.
The ideal candidates will need :
- The B.P.J.E.P.S A.F diploma (Brevet Professionnel de la Jeunesse, de l'Education Populaire et du Sport, Activités de la Forme) delivered by the Ministère de la Jeunesse et des Sports with Mention B (compulsory) and possibly, the Mention A (for group classes)
- or the B.E.M.F diploma (Brevet d’Etat des Métiers de la Forme)
- or the B.E.A.E.C.P diploma (Brevet d'Etat d'Aptitude à l'Enseignement de la Culture Physique).
Type of contract :
The right candidates will be offered a freelance service agreement. The collaborators will be hired as independent contractors (freelance or self-employed) or auto-entrepreneurs.
Job description :
At the preventative health and fitness center, your responsibilities will be to :

Welcoming the clientele, providing information to potential new subscription members, administering a full fitness assessment, designing personalized training programs, and follow-up on members' progress.

Teaching group classes with targeted work.

Taking our mandatory in-house training as per the written service agreement.

Creating your own client base

Becoming the Manager of our preventative health and fitness center in the short to mid-term - depending your interest and management capabilities.

The position can start immediately.
Pay :
You will receive 80 % of all the new income you generate for yourself through your activities at our preventative health and fitness center.
Consequently, your remuneration will depend on your ability to enroll new clients.
To help you achieve your objectives, your will benefit from our technical and marketing support, our building and all its equipment, as well as our 50 years'experience as a reputable preventative health and fitness center in Bordeaux.
You will also benefit from the experience and mentorship of Henry Jaquet, teacher of body sculpting, preventative health and fitness for the last 39+ years and from the 70 years old Jaquet Method.
Prerequisites to the position :

- Appropriate professional dress code and excellent physical presentation.
- Essential qualities : enthusiasm, optimism,perseverance, competency, great organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, enjoys human interactions, adaptability, open-mindedness.

Training:

Compulsory in-house training:
​
In addition to required diploma, you will be required to complete our in-house training to learn the physical culture Jaquet method. This training is free but mandatory. This training will be provided after you have signed and started our freelance service agreement.
